A new app helps business travellers manage jet lag.
The Jet Lag App ensures sleeping patterns stay in sync. Users fill in details about their trip, such as arrival and departure times, and the Jet Lag App will calculate the best possible advice for them. Result: Users will be back to normal and feel less tired quickly when on the road for business.
In addition, the app’s advice can be exported to the user’s calendar, allowing him/her to use their device to help remind them when they have to take a certain action. Their personal advice will be synced across the different time zones, allowing them to effectively reduce the symptoms of jet lag.
